By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you confirm that you understand and accept the following Terms and Conditions:

1. SCOPE
1.1 ER Casa sells products covered by the “ER Casa” trademark worldwide.
1.2 Every product, drawing, sample, design, sketch, or product whatsoever designed, created, or produced by ER Casa – hereinafter referred to as the PRODUCT.
1.3 Every private person, corporate entity, or registered company who enters into a legal transaction, hereinafter referred to as the CUSTOMER.
1.4 The ORDER is to be understood as a legal transaction regarding the acquisition of the PRODUCT or SERVICE by the CUSTOMER.
1.5 The Terms and Conditions are applicable to all transactions of ER Casa, including but not limited to the following activities: Sales of Goods, Design Services, Product Assembly and Fitting.
1.6 The DATE OF PURCHASE is to be understood as the date that a payment is received by ER Casa.
1.7 ER Casa reserves the right to not enter into a legal transaction with a CUSTOMER at its own discretion.
1.8 ER Casa may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. By entering into a legal transaction with ER Casa, the CUSTOMER accepts the Terms and Conditions in force at the DATE OF PURCHASE.
1.9 The Terms and Conditions are available and regularly updated on ER Casa’s official website (www.er-casa.com), and a link to them is provided with each official order placed by the CUSTOMER.
2. PRODUCT ORDERS
2.1 There are no required minimums when purchasing ER Casa products.
2.2 To place an order, the CUSTOMER is required to provide information requested by the ER Casa Sales Team for the purpose of a legal transaction, including but not limited to: Billing Name and Billing Address, Delivery Address, Phone number, VAT number (Company Registration number or Resale number), and email address; or any other mandatory information necessary to complete the transaction.
2.3 The CUSTOMER is responsible for selecting the PRODUCTS that constitute the PURCHASE.
3.4 When making a PURCHASE, the CUSTOMER is entitled to request photographs of the ordered PRODUCTS prior to shipment. This request should be communicated to the ER Casa Sales Team at sales@er-casa.com
3. CUSTOMIZATION & MADE TO ORDER
3.1 Each piece of furniture created by ER Casa is unique. Customization options are available, allowing the CUSTOMER to select the wood type, epoxy resin color, dimensions, edge design, legs design, wood finish. Orders are processed upon receipt of full or 50% advanced payment, based on prior written agreement between ER Casa and the COSTOMER.
3.2 ER Casa provides a Design Service to customize products based on the CUSTOMER’S specifications. Each piece can also be made to order, fully tailored to the CUSTOMER’S preferences.
3.3 During the preparation of the quote, any preferences that are important to the CUSTOMER (for example, a lighter or darker wood shade) must be communicated and included in the quote. If no preference is specified, ER Casa reserves the right to select the wood slabs it considers most suitable and beautiful for the ordered piece, while respecting the main characteristics requested by the CUSTOMER and published in the listing, including dimensions, wood edge, wood finish, and wood type. Selected slabs will be shared with the CUSTOMER for approval prior to production.
3.4 ER Casa reserves the right to determine the validity period and price of an official quote for any custom-made product.
3.5 In the official quote for any custom-made piece, ER Casa will include the associated technical drawings or schemes, along with a full product description covering all details of the discussed customizations, for the CUSTOMER’s review and official confirmation by email.
3.6 Lead time for Custom / Bespoke products is determined based on ER Casa’s current production schedule and begins when the CUSTOMER places an official order through the custom order listing containing all quote details. In most cases, processing takes 6 to 8 working weeks. If any delays are expected, the CUSTOMER will be informed promptly to ensure transparency and proper planning.
4. PRODUCT FEATURES & ACCURACY INFORMATION
4.1 The main characteristics of products are shown on www.er-casa.com on each product page.
4.3 ER Casa makes reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes, colors, and patterns of its products using technological means. However, due to differences in computer systems, screens, or printed materials, the final product may differ slightly from images or representations shown on the official website or marketing materials.
Consequently, ER Casa does not fully guarantee that the final product will perfectly match its graphical representation.
5. HANDMADE PRODUCTS & RAW MATERIALS
5.1 ER Casa products are one-of-a-kind handcrafted pieces, each with unique characteristics that cannot be perfectly replicated. Natural variations in wood grain, shape, and resin or epoxy shades mean that every product is truly distinctive. These differences are a hallmark of fine craftsmanship, so the CUSTOMER’s piece may vary slightly in pattern, wood, or resin shade.
5.2 Whenever possible, ER Casa uses a wood slab taken from the same tree as the piece shown in the website photo, so the grain and pattern are as close as possible. If the same slab is not available, we select exceptionally beautiful, unique wood pieces, resulting in an even more distinctive creation crafted especially for the CUSTOMER.
5.3 While ER Casa makes every effort to match the wood shade and shape, exact replication cannot be guaranteed, and variations in wood, epoxy resin shade, and other handcrafted details are normal. ER Casa continually works to enhance the quality, aesthetics, usability, and reliability of its products.
6. PRODUCT SUITABLE APPLICATIONS
6.1 Each ER Casa product is designed for specific uses based on its materials, structure, and intended function. While handcrafted for quality and durability, products should be used according to their intended purpose to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
6.2 Furniture pieces - tables, cabinets, benches, shelving units, etc. - are intended for indoor use unless otherwise specified.
6.3 Epoxy resin surfaces are durable but sensitive to sharp objects; avoid direct contact with hot items or cutting tools, and always use protective pads.
6.4 Wood surfaces may require regular care and maintenance. Clean with a soft cloth and use appropriate wood care products as needed to maintain the finish and natural beauty.
6.5 Climatic conditions, including heat and humidity in the CUSTOMER’s environment, can affect wood and resin, potentially causing fading, warping, or other changes.
6.6 The choice of furniture placement or specific applications is made at the CUSTOMER’s discretion and risk. ER Casa is not liable for any issues resulting from such selections.
6.7 ER Casa provides guidance on proper use and care with every product to ensure a long-lasting, beautiful piece. Using a product outside its intended purpose may affect its durability and is not covered by warranties.
7. PRICING
7.1 ER Casa official prices are public and displayed in the currency selected by the CUSTOMER.
9.2 Official prices replace any previously published or advertised prices.
9.3 Prices are subject to change and will apply as quoted by ER Casa at the time of the agreement.
9.4 All prices are retail prices and do not include VAT, taxes, or duties. Shipping is included free worldwide, regardless of order size.
9.5 Standard packaging is included in the product prices. If the CUSTOMER requires special packaging, additional charges will apply.
9.6 All prices and transactions are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from Bulgaria, excluding taxes and duties, but including free worldwide shipping.
8. PAYMENT POLICY & DISPATCH
8.1 Prior to the start of production and/or delivery of the products, ER Casa requires payment of the total order amount. By additional agreement with the CUSTOMER, a 50% advance payment may be arranged, with the remaining balance payable before shipping.
8.2 Payments must be made by placing the order through the ER Casa website using the available payment methods. The CUSTOMER is advised to verify all order details before completing the payment.
8.3 Any changes to billing details or other information must be requested before clearing the final order balance.
8.4 Purchased products will be dispatched only after the full payment has been received and all amounts due to ER Casa have been cleared.
9. SHIPPING POLICY
At ER Casa, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Below is our shipping policy, including important information regarding delivery, customs, and product handling:
9.1 All ER Casa prices include free worldwide shipping (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid), covering transportation to the agreed destination.
9.2 Any special shipping requests outside the standard service may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
9.3 We strive to process and dispatch your order promptly. Please allow 3–4 business days after your order is completed to prepare your items for shipment. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with tracking details.
9.4 We collaborate with reputable carriers, including DHL and FedEx, to ensure secure and timely delivery of all worldwide shipments.
9.5 Delivery time depends on your location, typically 4–5 business days to the US, Canada, and Europe. International deliveries may require additional time due to customs processing or other external factors.
9.6 The CUSTOMER must provide accurate shipping information during checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete details may cause delays or additional charges.
9.7 We take utmost care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition, using eco-friendly materials whenever possible. For tables, legs are packaged separately from the tabletop, and all necessary fixtures are included. Legs can be easily attached using a screw gun; no professional skills are needed.
9.8 All shipments are fully insured and delivered in secure custom crates. Upon delivery, the CUSTOMER must inspect the crate and goods immediately. Any damage must be reported to sales@er-casa.com within 24 hours, with photos of the damage and packaging. ER Casa will process claims promptly with the carrier and arrange repair or replacement at no cost.
9.10 Freight carriers deliver curbside and require a signature upon delivery. Please note that carriers are not able to bring items inside the home, so we recommend planning ahead for assistance if needed.
9.11 The CUSTOMER is responsible for verifying the condition of goods upon receipt. The courier's document should be signed with reservations if there is any visible damage.

10. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
10.1 For international orders, all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER. ER CASA will provide guidance, prepare all necessary customs documentation, and assist the CUSTOMER in completing any additional forms required by the destination country’s authorities.
10.2 For orders shipped within the European Union (EU), no customs duties apply. However, the CUSTOMER may still be responsible for applicable local VAT or other taxes, depending on their country of residence.
Note: Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures, inspections, or other regulatory requirements in the destination country. ER CASA is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred during customs processing.
11. PRODUCT WAREHOUSE & STORAGE FEES
11.1 ER Casa reserves the right to apply a storage fee for any products that remain in the shipping warehouse for more than 10 working days after the CUSTOMER has been notified that the final balance is due or that shipping arrangements need to be made.
11.2 Storage fees may accrue up to the total invoice amount if the remaining balance is not paid in full within 15 working days after the CUSTOMER is informed that the order is ready for dispatch.
11.3 The order can only be released to the CUSTOMER once the storage fees and remaining balance have been fully paid.
LEAD TIMES
12.1 The standard production lead time for ER Casa pieces is 6-8 weeks. The lead time begins on the date the total payment (or agreed advance payment) is received. Delivery time is not included in this period.
12.2 For large quantity orders, orders including one or more custom-made products, prototypes, or bespoke pieces, the lead time is determined on a case-by-case basis. ER Casa reserves the right to adjust delivery times accordingly.
12.3 For custom or bespoke orders, the lead time begins once the technical drawings are approved and confirmed by the CUSTOMER in an official correspondence and the agreed payment has been received.
WARRANTY & DAMAGE CLAIMS
At ER Casa, we take great pride in the quality of our handmade furniture and want every CUSTOMER to be delighted with their order. While we carefully check each piece before shipping, handmade products and international transport can sometimes lead to unexpected issues. To make sure we can help you quickly and effectively, we kindly ask you to follow the steps below.
13.1 Claim Procedure
If you notice any issue with your product, you must notify us within 2 working days of delivery. Claims must include:
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective area.
- Photos of the entire product.
- Photos of the packaging or crate.
- A short written description of the problem.
This documentation is essential for us to assess the situation and provide the best solution. Claims made after the 2-day period, or without the required information, may not be accepted.
13.2 ER Casa strongly advises CUSTOMERs to verify firstly if damages are perceptible on the package, and then verify all crates upon delivery in order to check for unconformities in the conditions of the goods.
13.3 Product Defects
If your furniture has a defect that is not related to transportation (for example, something not working as intended), please contact us with the required photos and details. Once reviewed, we will offer a solution such as repair or replacement of the piece or part at no cost to you.
13.4 The original packaging must be kept until the claim is fully resolved. If packaging is discarded, and a return or collection is required, the CUSTOMER will be responsible for providing suitable packaging. ER Casa cannot cover costs related to replacing packaging once it has been disposed of.
13.5 Damaged products being returned must be in the condition in which they were received by the CUSTOMER. The products must be well accommodated to avoid extra damages. The CUSTOMER must not attempt to install, repair, or modify the piece.
13.6 Shipping Damage
All ER Casa shipments are fully insured, and shipping costs are always covered by us. In the event of damage of the product during transport, we will promptly initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for the replacement or repair of the item at no expense to you.
13.7 The CUSTOMER may submit a warranty claim for defects caused by mishandling during shipping within 2 working days of receiving the order.
13.8 ER Casa ensures the repair or replacement of the components detailed in the claim submission form. ER Casa strongly advises customers to store the products in good condition. Any damages not included in the original claim submission will not be covered under ER Casa’s warranty and may be subject to additional charges.
13.9 To help us resolve the issue quickly and activate the insurance, the CUSTOMER is asked to :
- Carefully inspect the crate and the product upon delivery.
- Take clear photos/videos of the damaged areas of the crate and the product.
- Ask the courier to mark the delivery documents as “Delivered Damaged”.
- Contact us immediately with the photos/videos and details.
With your cooperation, we will promptly file the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange for a repair or replacement at no extra cost to you.
13.10 ER Casa reserves the right to refuse repairs, pick-ups, or deliveries from any location other than the original shipping address provided at the time of purchase. If the product is transported to a second location after delivery, any transportation damage claims will no longer be valid.
13.11 General Terms
The CUSTOMER is strongly advised to photograph all products and crates immediately upon delivery for their records.
13.12 ER Casa will only handle claims directly with the CUSTOMER who placed the order, and not with third parties (such as agents or movers).
13.14 Once your claim is submitted with all necessary information, ER Casa will review it carefully and provide you with a solution proposal within 5 working days.
13.15 Claims may be declined if:
- They are submitted after the 2 working day period.
- The required photos and documentation are missing.
- The product shows signs of use, modification, or repair by the CUSTOMER or a third party.
ORDER CANCELATTION OR MODIFICATION - WITHDRAWAL
14.1 Before production begins, ER Casa provides the CUSTOMER with a technical drawing and full product description, included in the custom order listing. By placing the order and making payment, the CUSTOMER confirms approval of these details. If any amendments are required, they must be communicated before placing the order. Full advance payment is required, and production begins only after payment has been received.
14.2 If the CUSTOMER wishes to modify a requested item or correct any errors in the official order, changes may be made within 2 working days after the order has been placed (and payment has been confirmed) by following the instructions provided by our Customer Care team at sales@er-casa.com. After this period, production will begin, and any modifications may result in additional fees.
14.3 ER CASA reserves the right to charge for any alterations made to the order, 2 working days after its payment confirmation is received.
14.4 Order cancellations are accepted within 48 hours after the official order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. Requests submitted within this period are eligible for a full refund. To proceed, the CUSTOMER must contact our Customer Care team at sales@er-casa.com
Any requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
14.5 Cancellations are not accepted for Custom / Bespoke orders once production has begun. ER CASA also reserves the right to decline returns or refunds for any Custom / Bespoke items.
14.6 ER CASA reserves the right to process a refund or provide a replacement only after the original item has been delivered to the designated warehouse and inspected to confirm it is in perfect, undamaged condition.
14.7 ER CASA reserves the right to refuse or deduct credit from a refund in cases where the original item is not returned in pristine condition. All products must be returned in their original packaging (box, accessories, inserts, protection, leaflets, etc.).
FORCE MAJEURE
15.1 ER CASA shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses, delays, or failures in the completion, shipment, or delivery of products to the CUSTOMER caused by circumstances beyond ER CASA’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to:
a) Government actions, customs inspections, war, riots, civil unrest, embargoes, martial law, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, lockouts, or acts of terrorism;
b) Shortages or unavailability of raw materials, or delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, or freight forwarders;
d) Transportation shortages or other delays during transit;
e) Fire, flood, or other natural or accidental events.
In such events, ER CASA shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations under the agreement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFIDENTIALITY
16.1 ER CASA may use photos of its products for marketing and promotional purposes.
16.2 The CUSTOMER may not copy, reproduce, publish, or use ER CASA products for commercial or advertising purposes without prior written permission. If permission is granted, ER CASA should be clearly credited.
16.3 Products should only be used for marketing or promotion if the CUSTOMER physically owns them.
16.4 The CUSTOMER must keep all information exchanged with ER CASA confidential, both during and after the agreement.
16.5 Any violation of these rules may result in legal action taken by ER CASA to protect its rights.
LIABILITY
17.1 ER CASA shall not be liable for any loss of profits or savings, loss of reputation or goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale of the goods.
AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
18.1 The General Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new Terms and Conditions shall be effective as of the date of publication on er-casa and shall therefore apply to orders submitted after that date.
